Kids Play

Allie had a lot of kids play this weekend... On Friday she got to visit with Carter who is my cousin Mackenzie's little boy... I could not get a decent picture of the two of them... Carter kept putting his hand on her shoulder and would just stair at her, but as soon as I would bring the camera up he would quick back away from Allie and stand up. - he was being a little bugger

Then on Sat. we went over to my aunt Susies house and they had their grandkids visiting for the weekend.

Above is Cole (3 yrs), Lilly (5 yrs), Allie (8 1/2 months), and Gabby (6yrs). Macy who is 1 1/2 yrs. old was sleeping...

Allie loved playing with Lilly and Gabby, as a matter of fact she would start crying if one of them would leave the room which is what happened on the pic above

The girls wanted to get a picure of them and their stuffed animals. Allie has her little lamb ( aka Lamby - very original, I know:) but it fell behind her.

Here is Allie's new "face" that she makes. Last weekend Allie and Maddie were visiting and I think that she is making a similar face that Maddie makes! haha She never made this face until after last Saturday:)

Allie is starting to get her second wind... It was about 8:00 pm and the other kids were winding down but Allie was being a little instigater and trying to get their attention my screeching at them and then the girls would giggle and that would make Allie giggle so I had to step in and spoil the fun, so they could all calm down.

8 Months

There are those baby blues!

Allison turned 8 months old a couple days ago! At 8 months she now weighs 18 lbs. and is 28 inches long (i think that i just posted that on my of our last posts - oh well). Allie still has no teeth poking through. Although, she does have a ton of swollen gums, on the bottom of her gum line. I swear that she will be getting at least two teeth poking through within the next couple weeks, if not days. Oh and she no longer just screeches, she now says mamamabababa while she crawls all around. It's pretty cute:) She also loves to crawl after me and chase me while I crawl all around with her - this is probably her favorite thing to do - okay maybe its my favorite thing to do, but we have a blast! daddy just looks at us smiles and shakes his head.

A Giggling Good Time

Neil had just arrived home from work put his pj's on (he worked until 6:30) and Allie wants nothin to do but go by her daddy. - I told him that she's gunna be a daddy's girl! - Anyway, this has been their little "thing" that they do when he gets home - I just finally decided to video tape it:)

Summer Can't Get Here Fast Enough!

I put Allison in some of her super cute sun dresses (like 5 out of 10) the other day... most of the dresses are 12 month size (gifts from baby shower) and I am worried that they will not fit her when she turns 12 months old. She is already 18 lbs and 28 inches long. Anyway, I figured that I would try the layered look, with leggings under some of her sun dresses, so she could maybe at least wear them around spring time. I was surprised that some of the outfits were adorable... the pic above was the last outfit she was in, as you can see she was getting a bit cranky. -

1/31/2010 - Birthday Kisses...

Kristi with Jackson, Mackenzie with Carter (aka birthday boy), and Me with Allie. Since us gals dont get together as often as we use to, we took the opportunity to get our very first picture taken together, with our little ones.

Carter turned the BIG "ONE" on Feb. 3rd, so kenzie and Tyler had thrown a small Bday party for him on Sunday, Jan 31...as soon as Neil took Allie out of her car seat (she still has her jacket on:), Allie and Carter were repeatedly giving kisses back and forth. It was the cutest thing... we actually had to be like, okay, that's enough, now. LOL
